One way to avoid poor mental and physical health
More likely than not, we are born with a string circadian clock that instructs every aspect of our body to work efficiently. It sets a daily rhythm for when to sleep and wake up, eat, and be active. We are at our best health when we are living at a pace that is aligned with this perfect rhythm. However, sometimes life gets in the way. It is less likely that your genes are sending your clock the wrong message and disrupting your rhythm and more likely that your habits have screwed with your body clock. And unfortunately, it does not take too many days of disruption to completely throw off our rhythm. When we consistently shift our work or stay awake late into the night or eat outside our essential routine, it confuses our circadian rhythm, which will ultimately lead to poor mental and physical health.
