Your major responsibilities and duties in this role will include:
Monthly Statements & Remittances
General filing and generating of sales reports
Processing invoices
Data Entry
Aged creditors and debtors summary
Administrative duties within the Operation & Sales area
Processing purchase orders for external and internal supplies
Handling customer email enquires (product ordering, dispatch and some technical)
You will need…
Experience using MYOB & MS Office
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable/Payable role
Previous Administration experience
